still working fundamentals but we can put bigger kids here to separate them from very little kids skillset separation - like 8-14yr. But looking for that next level in attention span to be able to take instruction, discipline, and possible more extended coaching.

AAT - ACRA Advanced Team
For those Juniors really liking program/sport and would like more one-on-one training to see if they really want to commit to sport at the same time coaches get to see potential for players to do well.
- Parents have expressed interest in a one-on-one private lesson to Joseph, Thomas, Megan, or Shane - At this point there needs to be collaboration among the instructors for it to be either a joint venture or an exclusive one.
- Trial basis to provide time and development to get to the AET Team or the next level
- Interest in playing tournaments
- Interest in more competition

- Personal Website to help Fundraise and distinguish $ to the specific account for proper disbursement to help on larger tournaments like junior nationals. Disbursement depending on the amount collected and number of players going.
- Fundraise personal website to help bring in more Fundraising $ to ACRA so that ACRA can pay for R2sports

Requirements for Participation in ACRA Racquetball Program
Training Schedule Requirements:
- Attend a minimum of 5 days of training per week.
- Must be able to play Men’s Elite or higher Women’s Elite or higher at the national level.
- Females playing in Men's A or higher
- Dedicate 18-20 hours per week to training under the guidance of an ACRA coach.
- Mon, Wed, Friday, 6:45 a.m. -8;00 a.m.
- Mon Wed Friday : 5:30 pm. - 8:30 pm.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm
- Sunday 1:30 pm. - 4:30 pm
Attendance and Punctuality
- Do not miss any practices, except for legitimate excuses such as family issues, pre-planned vacations, school functions, injuries, medical conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances with prior approval from coaches.
- Arrive on time to all practices, as punctuality is considered crucial. In case of lateness, make every effort to attend the practice.
Consistency
- Maintain consistency with the prescribed training schedule for continuous improvement.
Respect and Sportsmanship
- Show respect to teammates, opponents, referees, and members of the community.
Academic Excellence
- Excel in academic pursuits and put forth your best effort in school.
Community Involvement
- Contribute to the racquetball community by volunteering:
- Assist in teaching younger juniors aged 5-15.
- Offer guidance to older participants at ACRA junior clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Fundraising and Support
- Actively participate in fundraising activities, which may include:
- Promoting fundraising efforts through your personal website.
- Engaging friends, family, and the local community in fundraising initiatives.
- Providing assistance during local tournaments organized by ACRA..
